On-Site Estate Sale Facilitation(Most commonly selected service). Our sales typically run between 1 to 2 days on a weekend, longer for larger estates. We clean, price and display items in order to put them in the best possible presentation form. We advertise to area dealers and the general public. Our sales generally turn out very large crowds. We accept Visa and Mastercard for large sale facilitation. We provide bags and boxes for customers. We have attendants on site to help people load larger items and to make sure that they leave the home with care. Successful estate sales will move approximately 70-80% of the contents for sale. We are marketing experts and the finest of sales are our specialty. For these sales, our clients can expect pre-marketing and efforts that surpass the typical weekend only sale.
Off-Site Liquidation- Our state of the art liquidation center in Plainville is the perfect solution for smaller estates, not warranting a full on-site sale. If you have a handful of really nice pieces and are unsure of how to get them sold, this may be a great option for you. Liquidation events are held monthly at this location and several estates are combined to offer the buying public a great selection.
Prep Only
Maybe you would like to run your own sale and have the ability to do so but dread the prep process. If this is you, we offer prep only services. We set up the whole sale and can price all for you. You'd only need to handle the selling piece on sale days.
