We clean, price and display items in order to put them in the best possible presentation form. We advertise to area dealers and the general public. Our sales generally turn out very large crowds. We work to limit the number of customers in the home and we have monitors throughout the home. We provide bags and boxes for customers. We have attendants on site to help people load larger items and to make sure that they leave the home with care. Successful estate sales will move approximately 70-80% of the contents for sale. We are marketing experts and the finest of sales are our specialty. For these sales, our clients can expect pre-marketing and efforts that surpass the typical weekend only sale.
On-Line Auction Services- Thanks to great internet auction venues, certain specialty items, antiques, etc. we find do well with this method of promotion. With the current economy however, we do advise that this service be utilized only for the most special items.
Final Removal Arrangements- On a case by case basis, we can help do a final clear out or make a recommendation as to your best solution. Often we'll handle getting remaining items out for you and donated to charity, etc.
Estate Purchase / Direct Liquidation- We offer this service on a case by case basis. Sometimes we'll buy an entire estate and sometimes we'll buy select items. The economy and our ability to resell the items are considerations for this service.
